If you are interested in becoming an advocate for Second Voice Advocacy Service please come along to our drop-in information evening. The event will be held on Thursday 11th September 2008 at the Info Shop on Chester Street in Wrexham between 4:30pm - 7pm.


The information evening will be followed by two training weekends on 15/16 November 2008 and 13/14 December 2008.  If you would like further information please contact Andrea Jackson on 0800 0322630.

Young People’s contribution to advocacy service recognised by Estyn








In the recently published Estyn report on the quality of Youth Support Services in Wrexham the Second Voice advocacy service’s young people’s group were recognised for their ‘outstanding contribution’ to the development and management of the service.



Second Voice coordinator Andrea Jackson said “ I am so pleased for the group to be recognised in this way for all their hard work and commitment they show towards improving the service for all young people aged 11 - 25 living in Wrexham County Borough”.
